Stephen P Housley

As Director of Operations for Penn Parking, Steve has more than thirty years of expertise in customer service, operations, telecommunications, P&L/general management, cost cutting, and continuous improvement. Steve has a proven track record in leadership of diverse organizations. His ability to grow organizations, optimize profitability, productivity, and quality through best practices would be a strong asset to any executive management team.

Currently, Steve is the principal at Arrow Management Group, LLC, where he provides professional business services to the owners of small to medium size companies in the Northern Virginia area. Previously, Steve has held Vice President and Director Positions at Clear Connections, GBH telecom, and Globalinx Corporation. Prior to the co-founding of GBH telecom, Steve was a senior executive at both Erols and RCN. At these ISPs, Steve organized and managed all their facilities and building operations, call centers management, customer service organizations and purchasing/vendor contracts. Before Erols, he managed general operations, purchasing, A/P, A/R, budgeting, profit/loss, payroll at GE Consumer Services. Prior to GE, Steve held several key positions at the RCA Service Companies. His responsibility included customer service, training, consumer service telemarketing, and both sales and service there. He studied Business Administration at Strayer College in Northern Virginia and has an Associates Degree of Electronics from Macomb College.

Activities
Steve is active in Boy Scouts and outdoor activities. He enjoys travel and theatre. He is a past Board member of his Home Owners Association as well as a past Trustee and Board member of Riverside Theatre in Vero Beach, FL. Currently, Steve is the Immediate President of the Board of Directors of the Lessac Training and Research Institute.
