Penn Parking's administrative operations are managed by Victoria Grove. Victoria brings to Penn Parking over 17 years of financial experience in the service industry.

As Vice President / Administration, Ms. Grove manages all accounting / financial and human resource activity that occurs throughout the company. She analyzes the revenues and expenses of each location and works directly with the Vice President / Operations in tailoring the revenue control plan specific to the needs of each facility. She maintains internal controls, guarantees accurate analysis figures, and implements adjustments necessary to maintain effective audit trails. Additionally, with the aid of her internal staff, she administrates the payroll, A/P and A/R functions, maintains adherence to all subcontracting requirements, and all other government regulations. Ms. Grove ensures compliance to all human resource issues, including but not limited to FMLA, COBRA, I-9 Verification, workers compensation claims and unemployment claims. Victoria is also responsible for negotiating and obtaining company financing plus health and liability insurance.

Ms. Grove holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting with a minor in Computer Information Systems. Prior to her career with Penn Parking, she worked for Electronic Data Systems (EDS) in Dallas, Texas and Spectrum Emergency Care, Inc. in St. Louis, Missouri. Her experience and education give Penn Parking the expertise necessary to manage and promote its continued financial growth. Victoria attended William Woods University.
